We make it a point to answer every message throughout the day and at least within 24 hours.  We have an excellent response time.

Our location is not a retail store.  Our business is operated from our home and we have small children so we do not allow customers to visit us, try wigs or products in person, or return or pickup merchandise directly from us.  If you are returning a product for an exchange or other reason contact us here with your order number and we will make arrangements to either provide you with a label or instruct you on how to do a return.
