If you are at your shopping cart and you try using your Loyalty Points or a Discount Coupon code and you receive an error message, the likely reason is that the product(s) you are trying to apply to is already discounted. Unfortunately at this time we do not allow our customers to use multiple discounts while running a sale or purchasing a discounted or clearance item. If your discount is higher than the sale item you are trying to purchase, we recommend that you either wait until the sale has ended, or you can contact us directly to make an manual adjustment refund on your order for the difference.
