Returns & Refunds

We allow products to be returned if they are in a re-sellable state only.  That means that wigs cannot be returned if glued to a dolls head or missing it's tags or packaging.  Clothing that is individually made upon request cannot be returned.  If there is a problem with your order we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will fix or replace any item that has an issue.  We accept returns and exchanges for up to 14 days from date of purchase.  We do not allow returns or exchanges after that time.
