There is an average wait time of about 2 months for pre-orders and back-orders to come in. This is because these items are custom-designed and manufactured for our company. That means no one else has them and so when we "order more" they are being produced and shipped to us exclusively (not coming from a goods warehouse or a drop shipper or another resale agent or marketplace). It is important to us as a company to supplement products that are not available from major doll companies that collectors need and want. Our products are produced in limited runs with popular items re-stocked upon customer request and as we grow we stock more and more items. Doll collectors often like a steady supply of new items to collect, so there does become a point where "I have that already" and don't need another one. Because of that, we must continuously meet that need by providing new items to collect and new looks for dolls. If no one requests that item to be restocked, we don't restock it and move on to something new.
