This dress was inspired by 80's dolls which had long crimpy hair. The dress is made of high quality spandex, completely finished on the inside (serged) and has long sleeves and an off the shoulder collared neckline with short fitted skirt.  The dress is one piece and pulls on the doll through the neckline, no snaps or zippers.
