This is a porcelain bisque build your own antique doll kit.  The kit comes with a full head and shoulder bust with wig already attached (you can swap out this wig if you do not want this style hair), arm set with one arm bent and the other fully extended, and legs with high heel feet.  There was no body pattern included in this antique set but it is meant to be able to sew to a cloth mid-section portion where the holes on each of the head and limbs are then attached with thread.
