This little girl is absolutely adorable.  She’s wearing a flannel floral night gown with delicate lace at the top chest and near the hem.  It’s decorated with pink satin bows and she has an outer fleece robe edged in lace which snaps at the top.  Her pink slippers have Pom Poms on them and pink bows.  Under her nightgown she is also wearing matching pajama pants to her nightgown.
Her hair is in perfect condition with pink bows in her hair and little lace flowed.  She has blue eyes and is porcelain.  
She comes with a stand but has no box.  She has a wristlet that has Bedtime Stories with a very tiny print inside which has Goldilocks and the Three Bears.
I could not find any markings on her in terms of year made or company but she is beautifully made and so sweet.  No box.
