These roller skates are made of white semi-shiny vinyl with hot pink laces and matching hot pink wheels.  The wheels to turn so that your doll can "skate" and can stand erect on the skates though if you are doing a doll display we do recommend a doll stand as your doll can roll and topple over.  The wheel portion is hard plastic and is fastened to the bottom of a black foam sole.  The boot of the skate does lace up and requires tying the laces into bows to keep the skate on.
