This is a blue regency dress done in a light blue. It has short sleeves that are ruched up and accented with tiny white bows. The front bodice is pleated. The dress itself is made from cotton with a small floral vine motif throughout. It snaps closed in the back. Also included is a neck kerchief in white cotton and accented with white lace around the neck edge.
