This is an original design inspired by Patti Playpal's wardrobe which we lovingly call "Pretty in Pink Polka Dot".
 
This party dress is made with an extra full skirt at a total of 90" circumference  with a 3.5" deep hem.  It's made of Pink and White Polka Dot Cotton.  The puffed sleeves have elastic bands and a bodice with a round neckline.  The dress snaps up the back with modern snaps sewn to make an invisible look.
 
The pinafore is made from a pink organza embroidered floral lace.  It is sheer with embroidered pink flowers scattered randomly throughout the fabric (please note that the placement of flowers on the front bib may be different as many dresses were cut from this fabric in different areas).  The hem of the pinafore is a scalloped embroidered edge which has big scallops accompanied by smalller scallops to make up the shape.  It has a full 90" circumference skirt that goes all the way around to the back.  The front and back bibs are sheer and are edged with hemmed flutter sleeves on either side.  This pinafore has waist ties that tie into a bow in the back all made from the same fabric.  The pinafore is light and airy delicate and pretty. The sheerness of it and the the floral embroidery make it so pretty and unique.
 
This outfit is perfect for display as it is pretty and could have been worn as a birthday dress or special occassion dress.  The sheer fabric is delicate and beautiful and makes it girly and frilly.
 
This ensemble is pictured over one of our nylon petticoats, sold separately.  Set will come with the dress and pinafore only.  Also can be paired with our white lace ankle socks (sold separately)
 
Dresses will fit Patti Playpal herself and any Companion Dolls that have the same body measurements.  Thinner Companion Dolls may still be able to wear the collection as most pinafores tie at the waist and are loose fitting.
