This cute swimsuit is a one piece suit with a halter style triangle top that has blue background and white stars across the chest.  It ties around the neck and then from underbust down, it is red and white stripes.  It has two blue/star bows at the leg openings/hips, and an open back.  Easy on and off, simply put dolly's legs though the leg holes and shimmy it up to tie around her neck.
